Cassandra Hanson and Andrew Gordon grew up 1,300 miles apart, but both had the same desire - to make powerful dance videos about the love of God. CJ has danced since she could walk and while Andrew didn’t start until he was 17, his passion for filmmaking started when he was a young boy.

God brought us together in 2017 when we both joined a Christian dance company in Dallas, TX and met for the first time. Four years later, on April 10, 2021, we got married.

Now we continue our passion of filming, dancing, and telling the world about Jesus, and we get to do it together. But it’s not just us. Our family, friends and dancers all make Consuming Fire Films what it is.

Grace Blaise, CJ’s best friend and Director of Diffusion Dance Company in Seven Valleys, PA works closely with us as well as Andrew’s brothers from The GoBros and countless others.

We are so blessed to get to do what we do and while it isn’t always easy, we continue to create so that people might encounter the Love of Jesus - the only one that truly satisfies.
